Missing out. Scared.: At-risk for many bad things. Can't get no satisfaction. ... To get an idea of what it's like for someone w/ an eating disorder, watch dr laura hill's ted talk "eating disorders from the inside out." summary: "calm, pleasure ; satisfaction is what most people experience after eating. Human: Eating disorders do not discriminate. People with anorexia or bulimia (or binge eating disorder) may be any gender, age or ethnicity. People with eating disorders are trying to resolve an underlying psychological conflict through the behavior of an eating disorder. Each individual develops an eating disorder for reasons unique to his or her history, temperament, biology, and environment.
