How can i know the difference between a migraine headache and a brain tumor?

Fortunately, : Brain tumors are VERY rare and unfortunately MIGRAINE headaches are VERY common. A good history and physical is needed to rule out "Warning Flag" Headaches. Imaging is rarely needed, but it is the ONLY way to CONFIRM a brain tumor.

I get severe headaches/migraines, as often as every 2-3 days which are not relieved by nsaids. I also have a mild headache all the time. Is it possible that I have a brain tumor?
