Self harm: Individuals who engage in self-harm, with sleeping difficulties, eating difficulties, low self-esteem and anxiety should be seen by a psychiatrist immediately to determine if they are in imminent danger and if they need medication. After the initial assessment, therapy would strongly be recommended.
