Sleep hygiene: Need a consistent routine. First pick out a reasonable bedtime. Avoid caffeine and other stimulants with and after dinner. No television, computer activity or video games within 1hour of bedtime. Wind down activities early in the evening and try some relaxation tapes or relaxing music.
