No, not bad person: No, these problems do not make you a bad person who doesn't deserve help. It sounds like you also need to be working with a psychiatrist in addition to a psychologist and nutritionist, for best results. Trying to cure your problems alone is not the answer, but you can do many good things for yourself along with treatment. Medications for depression can help many people -- possibly you too.

Bad Person? NO!: Having a psychological diagnosis doesn't make somebody a bad person any more than a medical diagnosis does. Is somebody with a strep throat a bad person? Of course not! approximately half the population will be in psychotherapy at some point in their lives. Major depression and anorexia are serious psychological problems that have a fairly high morbidity rate. Get thee to a good psychologist.
