Relax this is good: news. It means you have been nice and consistent enough to have someone be interested. Just relax and take things one step at at time, ask about the other person to help facilitate the relationship. Being honest with them about your fears is a good idea.Visualize succeeding at having a relationship daily. affirm what you like about yourself and them.

Anxiety: Anxiety is not usually the outcome of being in a relationship. If there is anxiety, it is usually a sign that something may not be going right or there are unresolved issues that have to be conquered. I would suggest finding a good therapist to work on figuring out the cause of the anxiety and ways to resolve the problems.
