You can build some-: -muscle in 30 days, but not very noticeable. you need a wt training program set up by an AT-C at reputable fitness center. on that suits Ur needs and abilities. 3 hard workouts a week is ideal, days in between do cardio. you will see results if you push yourself and not skip sessions, compare to a picture of you a year after you began, and you will see a remarkable difference in your muscl size

U can do so every day: -but it requires a good weight lifting program. If U R serious, join a reputable health club and hook up with an AT-C, and get a program set up to fit your needs & abilities. The more you put into your program, the more you will benefit. Also proper diet and hydration.
