Right sided pain: Right sided abdominal pain lasting ten days needs physician evaluation for concerning pathology. While muscle strain could last this long it generally does not and usually improves in a reassuring manner. Your persistent pain this longs needs to be evaluated and likely gastrointestinal in origin.
