Yes: I each of the food groups : protein, carbohydrates, fruits and vegetables. Carbohydrates can come from whole grains, whole grain breads, beans, legumes. Healthy fats such as poly and monounsaturated fats should be part of the diet ( and not exceed 30%). For protein, a bean and a grain makes a complete protein, like corn and lima beans. Quinoa is a good protein too. nuts = good protein also
