How frequently do you need to get an endoscopy when you have acid reflux?

Depends: if you have an entity called Barrett's esophagus, which is due to reflux, you need it routinely (Depending on biopsy results). otherwise it is not recommended to routinely repeat it if it is just for reflux that has not changed over time
