That's over doing it: you may loose weight but it's not a healthy way. It also depends on how intense your workout is. With a proper workout, with good intensity you only needs about 60-90 mins. You need a day of rest, proper nutrition,adequate protein intake. Muscles need a rest day to recover from a hard workout. Also using weight lifting you gain muscle mass which is heavier than fat so your loss will not be fast.
