Usually minutes: The vasoconstrictors in Clear Eyes usually take only minutes to begin working. They are not good for your eyes. They can also be physically addicting with a rebound effect that makes the eyes even more red. Instead, consider regular artificial tears. If your condition persists, see an eye MD.
