Tricky: cannot say in your particular case, but generally, increasing abdominal muscle tone with sit ups--gradually increasing the number to 30-50 1x to 2x a day will show effects on tone in 2 weeks. Otherwise, depends on things like weight/anatomy/type of stretching and not everybody can have it fixed without surgery
