If they are both: Prescribed, they do not have to be taken at different times, and do not have very specific interactions. Occasionally, steroids may increase the metabolism of some drugs, although Alprazolam is not metabolized by that particular pathway. I would take both of them just as indicated on the label. Your pharmacist is your best source of information on these kinds of things.
