Tough question: Floaters are a "normal" event in most. Yes, lymphoma in the vitreous can present as floaters, but even then, it still needs a pathology diagnosis (biopsy). If there is a history of lymphoma, and now at 21 you have floaters, see a retinal specialist for further evaluation.
