I just wanted to know can adult take too much vitamin d? what are the consequences

VitamnD: Yes you can take too much vitamin D. If your baseline vitamin D is low you would probably be started on 50,000 units a week for a month or two. If your baseline vitamin D is OK you only need 1000 or 2000 units a day. This is available over the counter without a prescription ands is not expensive.
