Yes, : A nonunion healing of humerus bone can cause pain and decrease shoulder joint function. You need to do X Ray first and consult orthopedics.

Yes: Any fracture may heal inappropriately if improperly aligned, especially those which include a joint. See an orthopedist, and have your injury evaluated.
