Most likely: is due to hemorrhoids or a fissure, both irritated by the hard stool, however more serious sources of blood need to be ruled out. This requires an office exam and then possible colonoscopy. Get a proper exam from a Colon and Rectal Surgeon or Gastroenterologist. Do not ignore this
