Taking care.: Thats not good. Ok, so now it's time to start taking care of yourself. Consider - long walks, fresh air, meditation, tai chi, therapeutic massage, acupuncture, qi gong, deep breathing exercises, progressive muscle relaxation or talking with a therapist. Don't allow yourself to gain another stress related 20 pounds. Be well.
