Good ?: For the most part after lots of good therapy in 8-12 weeks depending on the break and how it was repaired most of the fractures are healed and strong. The bones are healed it is the muscles that are still healing in therapy and coming back. The bones should be good as new and a as reliable as before the break in almost all cases, without a "fault point" of weakness .
