do you know if there are alternative treatments for endometriosis other than the lupron (leuprolide) depot shot?

Absolutely: Endometriosis requires an individual treatment approach. There are multiple different treatment options (birth control pills, progesterone, aygestin, (norethindrone) lupron, neurontin, etc) as well as different surgical options. And treatment is long term and must be adjusted periodically
