Please tell me if there are any pharmaceuticals on the market to inhibit cortisol(why or why not)?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Mifepristone: Mifepristone (RU-486) is a cortisol receptor antagonist and is approved for the treatment of Cushing's syndrome in a variety of situations. Mifepristone also blocks the Progesterone receptor, making pregnancy impossible.
