No cure, but: there is a management. It is uncommon migraine, but most debilitating one. The hemiplegic migraine usually presents with aura before the headache phase and the based treatment is a preventive medication called Topamax (topiramate). See orofacial pain or headache specialist for the definitive diagnosis and management.
