Yes, but they are: specifically for PAIN, and while some also deal with the "double-trouble" people who have both pain and addiction, most of them are for dealing with the psychological issues of chronic pain. Most pain programs, especially the ones in academic medical centers or other large hospitals, will have a pain support group.
