Male breast enlarged: Gynecomastia is enlargement of the glandular portion of breast tissue and is usually located directly behind nipple. It is also possible for the fatty tissue surrounding this to be enlarged due to weight gain or to variations in body shape. The causes and treatments are different for each one.

Wt loss and ? Rx: Look up all pharmacologic and recreational substances you use to see if they cost gynecomastia if they do get rid of them. Try losing weight if you're above your ideal BMI. If those things don't help see a plastic surgeon. There's nothing unnatural about surgery.
