Most are: The majority of Glioblastoma are fatal. There are a few people who can survive for several years. Hope this helps.

No. Not anymore.: Ten years ago, it could have been said that all GBM cases were fatal, with little exageration. 5-year survival with state-of-the-art treatment today, though, is about 16% in the latest Optune study.
