Yes: yes, they can. I would urge you to exercise caution with the Auralgan (benzocaine and antipyrine) drops. If a tube is in the ear or the eardrum is perforated, those drops are not advisable as they could cause hearing loss. If neither of those conditions are present, then proceed.
