A member asked:

Is it possible for a woman to have slow rising hcg and still have healthy baby/pregnancy?

I'd be worried: You should be closely followed by a gynecologist if your HCG is not doubling every day. A pregnancy in the tubes is the concern and can be life threatening if the tube ruptures. This is called an ectopic pregnancy. If the baby is in the uterus, wait and see. At older ages, you may not produce as much HCG and could be the explanation for the slowly rising HCG.

Yes: Although it depends how "slow" you are describing.
