Doubtful: Ganglion is a synovial cyst arising from a joint or tendon sheath. It is a physical structure with connection to the joint by a neck with a pseudo-valve. Medication is not going to eliminate it, usually a surgical resection required. Aspiration is an option but has low success rate. Only requires treatment if symptomatic.
