May be...: The red bumps may have existed there lifelong ; you just incidentally noticed them on the wake of worrying possible std. If warts, they usually develop 2-3 months after exposure, not days, ; not every exposed becomes infected. If herpes, they may cause pain besides lesions. So, if you have been fine after negative tests for std, just sit tight and do self inspection for possible change in #/size.
