Callouses: Friction bumps are basically callouses - thickened skin from repeated rubbing/friction. Eliminating the activities that cause the callouses to form and the use of a quality moisturizer will generally allow the bumps to gradually disappear. If the bumps are itchy or irritated the triamcinolone may provide symptom relief (check the expiration date) but won't get rid of the bumps themselves.
