Talk to your: Parents... About your feelings... Family therapy can be very helpful and effective at helping family members get along better... Without any one person being blamed, or labeled... Even if you get them to take you to therapy just for yourself, that may be the first step, and then your therapist will help you recommend family therapy to your parents... Good luck!
