Thyroid : Yes thyroid high or low can effect pregnancy. Low thyroid can cause infertility. Should be treated. Hyperthyroidism is another issue.

Thyroid: In woman, low thyroid levels will greatly reduce fertility but high thyroid levels do not have any effect. The test for thyroid (TSH) is always done when being evaluated for infertility. Treatment with thyroid hormone, levothyroxine, will fix the infertility in most patients
