It you're taking: The proper dose of thyroid medication to return your thyroid levels to normal, it will have no effect either way on fertility. It's like you didn't have the problem in the first place.

No: I assume you are talking about taking thyroid hormone. This will not interfere with fertility, and may, in fact, help fertility. It is important to recheck your thyroid level once you are pregnant to see if you need more thyroid hormone.
