Possible: Without looking at the blood work is difficult to give you advise. However, it could be adrenal insufficiency. Assuming that thyroid tests included ft4, ft3 and tsh. Iodine insufficiency, B12 levels ?

Yes - see internist: An internist is helpful as the main "captain" and can direct you to the proper specialist. Since you have had many tests already done, another consideration would be to see an allergist/ immunologist and/ or a rheumatologist.
