No: The main toxin we get concerned with with cat feces is toxoplasma gondii, which can cause a host of illnesses in susceptible humans if infected. This parasite can live in infected cats, who then excrete live "eggs" which can then possibly infect humans. These cats are almost always outdoor cats where they often leave feces in loose soil and sand. Only about 1% of all cats in the us are infected.
