Gallbladder removed 3/6. Before and after surgery ALT/AST were high but otherwise normal in the past. last test on 3/17 - ALT 205 & AST 137. Alk phos and bilirubin normal. hepatitis negative. US & CT scan were normal. US showed no bile duct dialation?

I had my gallbladder removed about five years ago. I read that taking fish oil can actually damage your liver and create stones in the biliary duct. Would it not be wise to take 1,000 mg. Of fish oil if I dont have a gallbladder?
