Reflec BP: This suggest that your pulmonary hypertension is mild and variable. Usually that suggest that the elevated pulmonary pressure is probably reflective of your systemic blood pressure.

ECHO for PH: Pulmonary hypertension (ph) is often first detected by echocardiogram (echo) which estimates the pulmonary artery systolic pressure. The diagnosis is confirmed by right heart catheterization (rhc) which measures mean pulmonary artery pressure and resistance. You should discuss with your physician whether you need a rhc to determine which echo result was correct.
