Anxiety: Is state of tension, apprehension, worry, uneasiness or fear. It may be related to anticipated danger or arise for no apparent reason. While mild episodes of anxiety are common and do not usually require treatment, more severe forms can be chronic and debilitating. Symptoms of severe anxiety: insomnia, appetite changes, palpitations, anger and pain. Rec.: see your pcp for medication adjustment.

No short answer.: Based upon your short description, any answer would be nothing more than a "wild guess." it is unclear whether or not you are on medications, based upon your statement. If your are, medication side effects are high on the list. This could be a gastrointestinal, neurological, or psychiatric disorder, or a drug withdrawal syndrome. Definitely see your doctor.
