I get recurring illness aprx every 8 wks.shivers, shakes, headache, low back pain and pains down legs. it lasts 24 hrs, left weak. what could this be.

You may be surprised: I have seen several patients with this story--always treated as "infection". All lab tests negative. Possible answer is deficiency of vitamin b and magnesium. See a nutritionist and tell her/him that such a phenomenon is published in the medical literature. See my blog "oxygen the spark of life".
