Clicking left patella after walking some distance, what could this be please?

Plical band?: Patellar clicking most commonly is seen in conditions of quadriceps weakness, patellar tracking abnormalities, or the development of a fibrous band within the knee – plical band. Quad strengthening is always advised initially. Use of a patellar strap or patella relief knee sleeve can also be helpful. Arthroscopic surgery is generally resisted unless all nonsurgical measures are exhausted.
