I dislocated my patella almost a year ago and yesterday my patella popped out and went back. there is no pain and little swelling. can i walk again?

Common Problem: This is a common problem and more likely to recur. Strengthening quads, specifically VMO, can be helpful. For those with chronic recurrences, a surgical procedure can fix. Here is a video showing exercises: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_xK3VUOoezE
