See physician soon: You don't need to go to urgent care or er if she is utd on her tetanus shots (dtap). She can go to sleep tonight. Clean the area well will soap and water. Apply topical antibacterial cream otc and cover with a bandaid. There are bacteria known to infect puncture wounds so i would like your daughter seen in the next few days by a physician.
