Probably, but....: The amount of contrast iodine used in a hip arthrogram is quite small, and most will be excreted the same day through the kidneys and urine. There is some excretion through breast milk. However, this is very small and probably will not affect your child. If you want to be extra cautious, pump and discard your milk for around 12 hours after the arthrogram, and then resume breast feeding.
