Hello, my girlfriend was diagnosed with enterococcus spp 10.000 after 7 day antibiotic treatment of ecoli in urine , what kind of treatment she needs?

More details needed: So she initially had a UTI that was shown to have e. Coli in the culture and was treated for the e. Coli UTI for 7 days? At what point exactly was she then diagnosed with the enterococcus in her urine? Was this after the 7 day course of antibiotics or was this in addition to the original culture that showed e. Coli? We usually treat enterococcus UTI with Nitrofurantoin if not already tried.
