Bacterial vag/cult: These bacteria are common findings in vaginal cultures, since the anus is very close to the vagina, and easily cultured if present. A fistula would produce a distinct discharge, and have an odor of feces. This report will just require more attention to hygiene when cleaning up after a bowel movement.

Vaginal culture shows positive for enterococcus and e coli but my lactobacillus count is normal. Does that mean those 2 aren't causing a problem?
