TMJ, Tension headach: Many people carry tension in their shoulders. There are also certain conditions, cervalgia arising from a particular posture, (i've had it from trimming the hedges). Some suffer from tmj, clenching of the jaw causing neck pain. Any of the above can contribute to tension headaches. Massage, with attention to trigger points is helpful, as is stretching.

Muscular: Sounds like muscular pain. I would recommend a massage. OTC pain meds. See MD if persists.
