Yes: Testossterone level o 139 ng/dl is too low. Should be treated to keep a total testosterone level between 750 -1000 , a free testosterone 25-30 and keep your estrogen levels 30-50 mcg/ml. Your HGB and psa need to be check before treatment, one month later an at regular intervals thereafter.

Hypogonadism : Talk to doc who ordered test. Your result is clearly low based upon reference range but we treat patients, not numbers. Guidelines recommend getting results, both drawn before 10am, before considering treatment options. Then you need to figure out why your level is low. Treat those causes first before considering testosterone. Read up on recent studies re link to heart disease too.
