Diagnosed with hashimotos in 2012, blood work is normal. thyroid is perodocally enlarging on left side that i can feel the swelling.

It is difficult: To palpate your own thyroid. Have your doctor check it out. Are you on thyroid replacement to fix an underactive thyroid or to try to suppress nodules. In any case, make sure your blood tests are normal. Brand name T4 replacement is more reliable than generic.
