Don't understand: It's difficult to understand your question about a ct scan. Smoking is the greatest risk factor for lung cancer (second hand smoke exposure is also a risk).

If your question is:: Can one ct scan done at age 30 cause cancer? The answer is no, it should not. Unfortunately, you cannot completely eliminate the risk for all cancers, just reduce it. It seems you are very health conscious, congratulations. Keep it that way but don't let anxiety grab hold of you. You can't live in fear.
